Since 2017, we've grown from a laptop and a bold idea into a movement spanning three continents — 11,000+ young people reached, 1,800 of them through the Power of You Festival alone, and counting.
About Elevate Network
We're a Ghanaian youth-development nonprofit built on a simple bet: young people don't need another one-off seminar, they need a network that keeps showing up. Here's what that means in practice.
We meet young people where they already are — the Power of You Festival and Tour, school clubs, community meetups — because that's where potential gets discovered and belief gets ignited.
Confidence is a skill, not a personality trait — we build it deliberately, through hands-on bootcamps like Young Africa Innovates, an Idea Lab for early-stage thinkers, and incubation support that turns ideas into actionable plans.
Every cohort ends with a decision, not a certificate — our most promising leaders go on to Seed2030 scholarships, our Leader-Fellow community, and expeditions that put them in rooms most young Ghanaians never get invited into.
Roughly seven in ten of the young people we work with are young women, and programmes like AmplifyHer and Young Africa Innovates are built specifically for women, rural communities and people with disabilities who get overlooked elsewhere.
We work with the Ministry of Education and Ghana Education Service to embed year-round Elevate Network Clubs inside partner schools, so the work outlasts any single grant cycle — or festival.
"We don't believe young people need saving. They need a platform — real skills, real mentors, and a real shot at building something that lasts."
In the field
A look at recent programme days — for the partners and donors who want to see where the reports and the numbers actually come from.
Roughly 70% of them are young women. In the 2025–2026 year alone that meant 3,000+ young people reached across seven schools and seven communities in three regions, twenty startup founders incubated, and a three-day festival that drew 1,800 attendees in person — all powered by a five-person staff team and fifteen volunteers.
Every programme we run is designed around the young women and men who actually show up — from AmplifyHer's focus on voice and negotiation, to Prodigy Clubs running inside partner schools term after term. The numbers hold because the design does.

Each programme is a different entry point — a festival, a classroom, an incubator — but they all feed the same network of mentors, alumni and partners.

Students can register interest in a Prodigy Club or the next festival cohort. Partners and sponsors can tell us how they'd like to support the work — funding, mentors, a venue, or a platform.
"Our goal isn't to keep young Ghanaians busy for a weekend. It's to build a network they can call on for years afterward — for a mentor, a partner, or just someone who believes the next idea is worth trying."
